Twenty-five years of family research by the author has uncovered stories too passionate to leave in a desk drawer. What started as a simple curiosity grew into an obession to learn more about her past family members. Maureen Perry Scott's stories are, for the most part, a collection of anecdotes of the author's ancestors, which include the surnames Annis, Barss, Bethune, Doane, Harte, Perry, Trafton, and Watt. Her hope is that the family adventures she has uncovered will inspire and encourage others to begin their journey into the past.
